The Hemp Consultants Blahg

Where you get more bhang for your buck!

In 1994 our collection of hemp information began as a research project to determine whether a HEMP 101 publication would be of general interest. Only time will tell.  Today we have compiled enough information to fill a website, hence The Hemp Consultants web hub for hemp. We will be going through our collection of materials and posting all relevant information to the Archives section of the website. We hope to have this up and going in the next few weeks. Please check back regularly as we update the page and blog as time goes on and things change. Stay tuned for good news!

Reason #2 to Re-legalize hemp in America

HEMP CAN BE MANUFACTURED INTO 25,000+ CONSUMER PRODUCTS

The stalk of the hemp plant is similar to other farm crop stalks, corn in particular. The major difference is that corn stalks produce a cob with niblets and hemp stalks produce herbs with seeds.

The main similarities in the stalk are the outer bast fibers, or bark, and the inner pulpy core which is made up mostly of cellulose. Cellulose is a very valuable raw material in industry and is derived from cotton, tree pulp and farm crops to name the primary few.
